Mailers and/or Postcard Printing are typically on-demand print jobs and are another low-cost, highly effective direct marketing tool. These postcard printing orders are typically short-run jobs of 10,000 print units or less. This allows for smaller quantities with little to no waste. Some features are 4/4 color processing (CMYK Front and Back), 600 x 600 dpi, and Xerox patented dry inks for excellent fine line rendering and a wide-range color gamut. Available on a variety of paper stocks from coated, uncoated, textured, smooth and specialty (all up to 14pt postcard stock).

Standard Postcard Design Specs
If you or your staff is designing your marketing piece, we recommend that your color mode is CMYK and that your resolution is at least 300 DPI. The postcard design shoud include a .125 bleed (margin) around the border. The overall size becomes .25 inches by .25 inches larger than the final trim size. Downloaded templates can be modified to accommodate other standard sizes such as 5″ x 7″.
